You receive call alerts by email and app push notification, review conversations in the dashboard, and can book into Google Calendar. These are the live options for handling call information and appointments.
Read the summary and urgency tag in email and app push notifications.
Review call transcripts, recordings, usage and settings from your account.
Have your receptionist book appointments into Google Calendar during the call.
Today's workflow starts with a useful call record. Your alert includes a summary, urgency tag, transcript and recording, and a daily digest arrives by email. The dashboard holds calls and their details alongside your usage and settings.
For appointments, choose Google Calendar booking or have the receptionist take details for your callback. You can enter the relevant summary information into your existing business software yourself. Those are the available tools at launch, so assess whether that workflow fits your office before moving customer calls over.
FieldRoutes, PestPac, GorillaDesk, ServSuite and Briostack have no direct connection to our receptionist yet. Tell us which system your office uses and which call details you need to move into it.
Neither has a direct connection to our receptionist at launch.
Call information needs your team's manual entry into these systems.
No direct connection is live; tell us which workflow you need.
Our status is the same for each named product: FieldRoutes, also called PestRoutes; PestPac from WorkWave; GorillaDesk; ServSuite; and Briostack. None has a direct connection to Pest Control Answering HQ at launch. An appointment or plan request on a call does not automatically change records in those systems.
You can use the summary to enter the information your team needs. If a direct connection is important to your buying decision, tell us the product and the task. We plan direct connections according to demand, without promising a delivery date here.
Use the call summary as the handoff to your office, then enter the relevant details in your business software. Choose callback intake if your team needs to review accounts or routes before scheduling.
Read the summary before opening the customer's record in your system.
Use the transcript or recording when a detail needs clarification.
Enter account changes and arrange routes in your own software.
For a recurring customer's reschedule request, read the summary and check the account in your existing system. Your team can then make the needed scheduling or account changes there. If the summary needs clarification, the transcript and recording give you the conversation to review.
For new work, decide whether a Google Calendar appointment is useful or whether callback intake better fits your routing process. Our appointment booking page describes that choice. Give the receptionist clear intake questions so the call record includes the information your office normally asks for.
We plan direct connections by demand, so your software name and the task you need matter. Send a specific request that explains what your office would otherwise enter after a call.
Tell us which software your pest control office uses today.
Explain which call details you want carried into that system.
Decide whether manual entry works for you while connections remain planned.
Send your request to support@pestcontrolansweringhq.com with the software name and the office task involved. For example, say whether you need a new inquiry recorded, a recurring plan request attached to an account, or appointment details entered. This describes your request, not an available connection.
We use demand to guide which direct connections to build. You can assess the live service now through the browser voice demo and decide whether summaries plus manual entry suit your workflow. A planned connection is not a reason to assume that task already happens automatically.
No. We do not have a direct connection to FieldRoutes or PestPac at launch. You receive the call information through email, app push notifications and the dashboard. Your office can review the summary and enter the relevant request or account details into its existing software.
None of those products has a direct connection to our receptionist yet. Tell us which one you use and the work you want a connection to handle. Direct connections are planned according to demand; the live workflow remains call summaries and your team's own entry into the system.
Yes. The receptionist can book appointments into Google Calendar, which is the live booking option. If your office needs to check routes, accounts or other records first, choose callback intake instead. Your team can use the call summary to arrange the job in its own workflow.
Each call produces an email and app push notification with the summary, urgency tag, transcript and recording. You can also review calls in the dashboard and receive a daily digest by email. Use those records to decide what needs action in your business software.
No. Urgent call handling uses the contact order and instructions you set for your receptionist. It can warm transfer to your on-call person or page them. Your contact hears a short summary before accepting a warm transfer, so they have context when they take the call.
Try the demo to hear how job details are gathered. Then assess whether summaries, manual entry and calendar booking fit your office today.
